Indy Pass at Lutsen
We're thrilled to be on the 25/26 Indy Pass, a ski pass uniting 250+ of the world's best family and independent-owned ski resorts. As a Lutsen Mountains passholder, you have the option to supercharge your pass with the “Indy AddOn Pass” to access 2 days each at every partner resort for a fraction of the price. While passes are currently off-sale for the 25/26 season, you can sign up for the waitlist to be the first to get access to the AddOn Pass if it goes back on sale this fall. How To Use Your Indy Pass
Each Indy Pass redemption at Lutsen will require a reservation on Peak days. To be consistent with other Indy resorts, you will need two single-day reservations if you plan to ski or ride two days, a 2-day reservation is not available this season. All Indy Pass redemptions at Lutsen will require a reservation. Once a date is sold out, no additional reservations will be available.
Indy Pass ticket reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival. Within 48 hours, reservations are non-cancellable. This applies to lift tickets only. Any lodging reservations must follow the standard cancelation policy and are non-refundable within 14 days of a visit. These orders will be redeemed on the reservation date, and will count as a Lutsen redemption on your pass and your pass will not be eligible for redemption at another Indy Pass resort on the reservation date.

How to use your RFID Card
WE ARE NOW CASHLESS
Beginning summer 2023, Midwest Family Ski Resorts Properties will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may still be used as a form of gratuity, and non-MFSR-owned vendors may still accept cash.
For guests who do not have non-cash forms of payment when they arrive at Lutsen Mountains, reverse ATMs that dispense Mastercard gift cards are available in our Scandinavian Chalet and Summit Chalet.
Lift Ticket Policies

Online Lift Tickets are offered at discounted rates up to the day of arrival. Lift tickets are date-specific and cannot be transferred to another date.
Online Redemptions
Upon arrival please visit our Lutsen Mountains Ticket Windows to redeem your online order, have your itinerary number ready for our agents, and your release of liability completed to expedite the process. If taking a lesson plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes before your scheduled lesson time. We ask only one person in your party to enter the line to minimize congestion.

lift ticket cancellation policy
All tickets, rentals, and lodging are non-refundable, non-creditable, and non-transferable within 30 days of arrival. Cancellations must be made by phone before that 30-day mark (by 5 PM) to be eligible for changes. Weather conditions do not change our cancellation policy.
