Mountain Report - September 2nd, 2026

NOAA Weather Report: Sunny, with a high near 77. Northwest wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Gondola Scenic Rides (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM): With sunshine in the forecast, views on the Gondola should be beautiful today! Come on up and enjoy the views from Mid-America's only gondola. 

Alpine Slide (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM): For the alpine slide, guests will first take the Bridge lift up to the top of Eagle Mountain. Once at the top, riders get to enjoy the turns, dips, and speed (optional) on there way down the slide. Come out and enjoy this classic attration!

Summit Chalet (Accessed via the gondola): Enjoy a variety of food and drinks at the top of the mountain! Bar is open from 10:00AM - 4:30PM. Food Service open from 10:30AM - 4:00PM

Charlie's Alpine Bistro (CLOSED): Charlie's is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. See you on Friday!

Pre-purchase Tickets Online: To make the most of your visit, we recommend purchasing your tickets online before you arrive. Once your purchase is complete, scan the barcode from your confirmation email at one of the automated pickup kiosks located to the right of the ticket windows or next to the Alpine Slide loading area. Your RFID cards will print instantly, so you can skip the ticket line and get straight to the fun!
