Our brand-new Rossignol ski and snowboard fleet is matched to your ability level by our expert rental team, so you’ll always have the right gear for your day on the mountain. Packages are available for every skill level and include everything you need, except a helmet. Need just one item? We also offer individual rentals for essentials like poles or helmets.

* All equipment rentals are subject to Minnesota State Sales Tax (6.875%) and Cook County Sales Tax (1.5%). Taxes are not included in the above prices.
About Package Types
*Ski packages include skis, boots & poles.
Ski boots are available from a child's size 8 to an adult's size 17.
*Snowboard packages include board, boots, and strap-in bindings.
Snowboard boots are available from a child's size 13 to an adult's size 16.
Standard Ski Package
This package is ideal for first-time and intermediate skiers. A softer, flexible core makes turning and stopping easier while remaining responsive enough to help guests build confidence on the slopes.
Sport Ski Package
This package is recommended for advanced beginners and intermediate skiers who are ready to build on their skills. These skis are more responsive, with carbon reinforcement for added stability and smoother performance
Performance Ski Package
This package is recommended for confident intermediate and advanced skiers who are comfortable on blue and black terrain and are looking for higher-performance equipment. Current-year Rossignol skis deliver enhanced edge grip, stability, and control for strong performance on groomed runs and in variable snow conditions.
Snowboard Package
This package is ideal for first-time and intermediate snowboarders. A forgiving design provides easy turning and balanced control, while the twin-tip shape supports ski progression and comfortable riding in either direction.
When You Arrive
- Head to the Ticket Office to pick up your lift & rental tickets.
- After you have redeemed your order & picked up your rental vouchers head next door to our rental shop.
- Fill out your rental paperwork and collect gear.
- PRO TIP: Lockers are available in our rental shop and the lower level of the Scandinavian Chalet.
Drop off
- Rentals are returned to our rental shop, open until 4:30 pm daily.
- PRO TIP: With multi-day rentals, you should keep your rentals to avoid the lines each day.
- Enter through the left door, this is different from when you picked up your equipment.
- Return poles to hanger, place skis/boards in drying racks, and drop your boots off at the check-out counter.

Online Rental Reservations
Online orders are due in full at the time of purchase.
Online Redemptions
Upon arrival please visit our Lutsen Mountains Ticket Windows to redeem your online order or to purchase your rentals upon arrival prior to picking up equipment at our Rental Shop. Have your itinerary number ready for our agents and your paperwork filled to expedite the process. If taking a lesson plan to be onsite 60-90 minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time.
Rental cancellation policy
Reservations may be changed or refunded by calling 30 or more days before arrival (by 5PM CST). A 5% rebooking or cancellation fee will apply. With Spot Refund Guarantee, cancellations within 30 days of arrival are 90% refundable up to 72 hours before arrival, with refunds processed through Spot. Without Spot Refund Guarantee, all reservations are final within 30 days of arrival – no changes, transfers, credits, or refunds. The weather does not change our cancellation policy.
Online Customer Credit Policy
A credit only holds the value of the product they are issued for. If a credit is used to purchase a product at a lower price, the credit will hold the remaining balance for future use within the time frame the credit is valid. If the credit is used to purchase a product at a higher price, the customer will need to pay the difference in value. Credits may only be used to purchase packages, lessons, lift tickets, and/or rentals. Credits may NOT be used for events, food & beverage, tuning, or retail purchases.
