Snow Guarantee
Lutsen Mountains guarantees to be 80% open on 4 mountains through April 12 and 95% open on 2 mountains (Eagle and Ullr) through May 3rd.
The Snow Guarantee is assessed at the time of regular opening on the guest’s scheduled ski date. It is determined by the percentage of total available trail acreage open, excluding glades and side terrain.
Refunds are not issued automatically and must be requested by the guest on their scheduled ticket date. If the Snow Guarantee is not met, the daily Mountain Report will indicate that it was not satisfied for that date and will include instructions on how to request a refund.

🏔️ Lutsen Mountains Report
Good morning from Lutsen Mountains!
We’re forecasted for partly cloudy skies today on the mountain with temps in the high-20s. Expect moderate winds out of the east. All scheduled lifts are expected to operate on schedule (Mystery and Timberwolf closed).
HEADS UP! Lutsen will be in a winter storm warning beginning tonight and running the Friday. This storm is expected to bring up to a foot (possibly more) of fresh snow across the mountains! With the consistent coverage we currently have and this storm coming in, we are in for some of the best April skiing you can find anywhere in the country! No April fools joke here, just powder days!
Adrenaline opened on 3/6 for the first time in a few years! This expert terrain, on the north side of Moose Mountain, is an exciting addition to have back on the roster. Come out and test your skills on one of the steepest trails in the Midwest! As it has been getting hit with winds out of the North, Adrenaline has gotten quite firm (icy). it will be closed periodically if unfit for skiing. Ride with care when entering this trail, it is expert terrain!
Mystery Mountain will be closed today, per our normal operating schedule (Friday-Tuesday). The snow on Mystery is holding up nicely and it is skiing great! As we get towards the end of the season, we will begin dialing back operating days for this lift. Keep an eye out for updates, and make sure to get those peaceful Mystery laps, while you can!
