Daily Mountain Report Update
Snow Guarantee
Lutsen Mountains guarantees to be 80% open on 4 mountains through April 12 and 95% open on 2 mountains (Eagle and Ullr) through May 3rd.
The Snow Guarantee is assessed at the time of regular opening on the guest’s scheduled ski date. It is determined by the percentage of total available trail acreage open, excluding glades and side terrain.
Refunds are not issued automatically and must be requested by the guest on their scheduled ticket date. If the Snow Guarantee is not met, the daily Mountain Report will indicate that it was not satisfied for that date and will include instructions on how to request a refund.

🏔️ Lutsen Mountains Report
Good morning from Lutsen Mountains!
Today, we’re forecasted for partly cloudy skies and moderate/heavy winds throughout the day, with temps in the mid-30s. All scheduled lifts are expected to operate (Mystery & Timberwolf open). **Winds at the top of gondola have been substantial this morning and there will be a chance of a wind hold this morning**
Back to sunshine! With about 8" falling over the last 48 hours, we continue to have quality snow conditions across the mountains. While the rest of the country's ski areas are closing for the season, we are still enjoying peak conditions here at Lutsen!
ONE MORE WEEK OF DAILY OPERATIONS AND MOOSE MOUNTAIN! After 4/12, we will be operating for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on Eagle and Ullr Mountains only. We will operate for 3 additional weekends with our final day scheduled for May 3rd.
Adrenaline opened on 3/6 for the first time in a few years! This expert terrain, on the north side of Moose Mountain, is an exciting addition to have back on the roster. Come out and test your skills on one of the steepest trails in the Midwest! Adrenaline's snow can be quite firm and the trail is very steep. It will be closed periodically if deemed unfit for skiing/riding by patrol. Ride with care when entering this trail, it is expert terrain!
Mystery Mountain will be open today, per our normal operating schedule (Friday-Tuesday). The snow on Mystery is holding up nicely and it is skiing great! As we get towards the end of the season, we will begin dialing back operating days for this lift. Keep an eye out for updates, and make sure to get those peaceful Mystery laps, while you can!
As we come into our final week of daily operations, we want to thank everyone for coming out and riding here at Lutsen Mountains! We always appreciate the continued support!
We will see you on the slopes!
