***UPDATE 1:29 PM: Bridge Lift is currently experiencing an electrical issue. Our maintenance team is actively working to diagnose and resolve the problem. We will provide updates as more information becomes available. At this time, the Alpine Slide is closed.

Good morning from Lutsen Mountains! 

We are now open for daily operations! Starting today, Summer activities will be open 7 days a week until mid-September. Scenic rides on the gondola, high-speed fun on the Alpine Slide, food and drinks at Charlie's and the Summit Chalet, all make for great times at Lutsen Mountains! Come on out for some Summer fun!

NOAA Weather Forecast: Partly sunny, with a high near 75. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph.

Gondola Scenic Rides (10:00AM-5:00PM): The gondola will be open and will operate as scheduled. The visibility is currently limited due to dense fog, but once it moves out, it should be a beautiful day for taking in those Lake Superior views at the top of Moose Mountain. Come out and enjoy a ride up the Midwest's only gondola and enjoy some food or drinks at the Summit Chalet!

ALPINE SLIDE (11:00AM-5:00PM): With rains overnight and heavy fog this morning, the Alpine Slide track is quite wet and will require drying efforts before we can open to public. While we do expect that we will be able to open on time, at 11:00AM, there is a chance of a slight delay to start the day. 

PREPURCHASE TIX ONLINE (Quicker, Cheaper, Simpler): To get the best possible experience, be sure to purchase your tickets and fill out your waivers online. Not only does this provide you with the best price, you are also able to skip the ticket lines and redeem your purchase at our automated ticket kiosks, located just to the right of our ticket windows. Simply scan the provided barcode in your purchase confirmation and your RFID passes will print immediately. Quick, easy, and gets you to the activities in no time!

WEEKEND OUTLOOK: We are in for a beautiful and sunny couple of days this weekend. With rains expected throughout the coming week, be sure to get those Alpine Slide rides while the sun is shining!
