Seat Overview
The Resort Operations Team Member supports multiple operational areas across the resort based on business needs, seasonal demand, and individual strengths. This role is designed for flexible team members who can contribute across guest services, food & beverage, housekeeping, transportation, recreation, and operational support functions while delivering strong guest service and maintaining operational standards.
Team members may rotate between departments or become more consistently assigned within areas where they demonstrate strong capability, reliability, and operational value.
Seat Purpose
Support safe, efficient, and guest-focused resort operations by flexing across departments and operational functions based on business needs, staffing demand, and individual skill strengths.
Core Accountabilities
- Guest Service & Experience Support: Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service across all guest interactions while supporting a welcoming and efficient resort experience.
- Operational Flexibility & Cross-Department Support: Support multiple operational areas including guest services, food & beverage, housekeeping, recreation, and general resort operations based on staffing needs and business demand.
- Transaction & Service Accuracy: Accurately process transactions, reservations, orders, tickets, and operational tasks while maintaining attention to detail and system accuracy.
- Service Flow & Team Coordination: Maintain awareness of guest flow, operational priorities, and team needs while supporting efficient service execution during peak periods.
- Cleanliness, Readiness & Organization: Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready workspaces, dining areas, lodging spaces, recreation areas, and operational stations.
- Safety & Operational Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, operational standards, sanitation requirements, and company policies across assigned departments and responsibilities.
- Adaptability & Operational Reliability: Demonstrate flexibility, dependability, and willingness to support changing operational needs, schedules, and assignments throughout the season.

Qualifications
Required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to learn multiple operational functions
- Valid drivers license
Preferred
- Hospitality, food service, recreation, or resort experience
- Cash handling or POS experience
- Ski resort or recreational operations experience
- Food safety or alcohol service certifications (where applicable)
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Indoor and outdoor work environments depending on assignment
- Lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or equipment as needed
- Exposure to variable weather conditions depending on season and department
- Fast-paced operational environments with changing priorities
