Lutsen Mountains offers discounted tickets and rentals to local residents.
These discounts are intended for year-round residents and students living on the North Shore with a home or work address zip code beginning with 556. State-issued photo ID or school ID will be required for all persons on this order. For guests who live at a different address, please fill out a separate order.

- All discounted tickets must be purchased at least 48 hours in advance. Tickets purchased within 48 hours are sold at standard lift ticket rates.
- Saturday/Holiday Minimums: Advance purchase of tickets with start dates on Saturdays or during Winter Break (12/26 – 1/2) or President’s Weekend (2/18 & 2/19) require a 2-day minimum. Single-day lift tickets will be offered within 48 hours of arrival at standard lift ticket rates, subject to availability.
- You must show proof of Local residency when redeeming online orders.
- Lift tickets are date-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable ticket products.
2023/2024 Season Pass Products
Lutsen Mountains, along with sister resorts Snowriver Mountain Resort, Michigan; and Granite Peak, Wisconsin, are pleased to offer four new Legendary Pass products that allow for skiing and snowboarding AT ALL THREE of our properties!
NOW ALL SEASON PASS PRODUCTS WILL BE VALID AT Lutsen Mountains, Granite Peak, and Snowriver Mountain Resort! Our Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Civic Levels offer varying price points and blackout days with individual, NEW Combo (Adult & Child 6-15) passes or family-level options.
Purchase your pass from your home mountain for direct-to-lift access. When visiting the other two properties simply show your pass at the window for a day ticket.
