The staff at Lutsen Mountains wants to make planning your event part of the fun! We will help you plan out the timing and details of your event, making the entire process as stress-free as possible. You will be the guest of honor on the day of your event, and the Lutsen Mountains' staff will exceed your expectations by providing you and your guests with excellent and thoughtful service.
Our onsite facility coordinator will assist you with all of the details for your Summit Chalet wedding. Your coordinator can provide you with basic contact info for our preferred vendors, manage facility deposits and payments, set up room blocks, and answer any questions that you may have. Your coordinator will also set up your final planning meeting (which is done by phone) to help you decide on your menu and bar selections, coordinate setup details, and make sure your day runs smoothly. Keep in mind though that your Summit Chalet Facility Coordinator is not responsible for booking outside vendors such as photographers and florists, and is not responsible for any decor set up at the ceremony or reception sites the day of.
