Summit Chalet Facility Fees

After an outdoor ceremony overlooking Lake Superior, our chalet's warm and festive ambiance welcomes the bride and groom, and all their guests inside for a memorable celebration. The Summit Chalet accommodates groups up to 175.

Summit Chalet fees include the reservation of private deck space and chairs for the ceremony, aisle runners, inside of chalet for a reception, dance floor, set-up and break-down of tables and chairs, tableware, white table linens, and service throughout the time leading up to your event. 

We are not currently accepting new bookings for 2022 or 2023 at this time. 


Chalet spaces are rented until 11 pm, all guests must be off the mountain by this time. Our group sales department will provide event timelines.
The Summit Chalet seats up to 175 guests, there is a guest minimum of 75 guests when reserving the Summit Chalet.
*There is a one-time gondola charge of $25 per guest which is charged as a line item on event invoices.
Weddings of 125+ guests receive an additional discounted rate of $22/person. Prices are subject to tax & fee.
Site Tours

Guided site tours are available on Saturdays between 10am-1pm. Other dates may be available upon request, or our team would be happy to set you up on a self-tour of the facility. Site tours are available Memorial weekend through mid-October when the Summit Express gondola is open for sightseeing rides, tours are not available on days the Summit Express gondola is closed.
