Summit Chalet Facility Fees

After an outdoor ceremony overlooking Lake Superior, our chalet's warm and festive ambiance welcomes the bride and groom, and all their guests inside for a memorable celebration. The Summit Chalet accommodates groups up to 175.

Summit Chalet fees include reservation of private deck space and chairs for the ceremony, aisle runners, inside of chalet for a reception, dance floor, set-up and break-down of tables and chairs, tableware, white table linens, and service throughout the time leading up to your event.

Chalet spaces are rented until 11pm, all guests must be off the mountain by this time. Our group sales department will provide event timelines.
The Summit Chalet seats up to 175 guests, there is a guest minimum of 50 guests when reserving the Summit Chalet.
*There is a one-time gondola charge of $15 per guest which is charged as a line item on event invoices. Prices are subject to tax & fee.
 
Site Tours

Even after booking we are happy to have you and your planning crew up to view our amazing facility. We have lodging available at Eagle Ridge Resort and encourage you to make a whole weekend out of it! We do ask for you to make an appointment in advance so that we are able to personally assist you with a tour.
